Mumbai Pune Mumbai 3 shows Gautam and Gauri's after marriage life. It is the sequel of the 2015 film Mumbai Pune Mumbai 2 (2015).

Ali is an Iranian exchange student from Iran who is studying medicine as a cardio resident in Mumbai. By chance, he saves the life of one of his classmates Karishma, who has attempted suicide.

Marriage preparations are in full swing for Gautam and Gauri but Gauri is still not sure weather she wants to go further with the relationship due to the misunderstandings between them whereas Gautam has made his mind that he is ready for big day.

Post 9/11 America has militarized local law enforcement authorizing deadly physical force against unarmed civilians staining the Shield with the BLOOD of the Innocent.

A "love-'em-and-leave-'em" sailor hooks up with a dance-hall girl in Paris while waiting for his ship to sail. She falls in love with him, and when his ship leaves port she decides to show up at its next stop and reunite with her lover. However, when she arrives at the ship's next destination, she discovers that her "lover" has already found another local girl to spend his time with. Complications ensue.

In a time of corruption, four brothers are deputized to apprehend the man behind all of it. Until everything goes terribly wrong.
